Preparetion Menu rotasi II.4 dan II.1

Assalamualaikum warohmatullahi wabarokatuh

Culinary art !!!

Today i’m going to the kitchen at 08.00 am. When i arrived i see my friend have been there than me. Today we are practicing in the cold kitchen, and can’t use main kitchen and pastry.

Ok gaiss today we’re not make croissant again. Because our lecturer said that our croissant is good. So today i’m come back to make rotation menu Igen No Goma Ae

We are one line and then preparing the ingredients that we have been prepared yesterday

After preparing, the ingredients of beans going to blance then mix with soyu and sesame sead, after that mix with igen no goma ae and put it on the ovale platte

After done, we are preparing for Beef Rice Bowl ingredients

After done, all the ingredients we save in the chiller, then we cleaning all the tools that we used, then we are doing general cleaning to make the kitchen to stay clean, then go home.

GOMA AE

INGREDIENTS:

650 gr String bean, cut 3 cm

250 gr Sesame seed, roasted

50 ml Shoyu

40 gr Sugar

As needed salt


PROCEDURE :

1. Boil water with salt and Blanch string beans

2. Blend sesame seed until smooth and than mix with shoyu and sugar.

3. Mix well string beans and sesame liquid
