Menu rotasi II.1

Assalamualaikum warohmatullahi wabarokatuh

Culinary art !!!

Hallo guys, today is our last day to practicing, next week we will do fasting in ramadhan.

I and my friends in the kitchen, we will make rotation menu II.1 Beef Rice Bowl, we have been preparing all the ingredients yesterday, today we make beef blackpaper

After beef, vegetable and rice cooked, we put it in bowl and give sesame seed

Alhamdulillah our prcaticing today have done, we cleaning all the tools that we used and put in ther place. Then we are doing general cleaning together in the kitchen. After that we are come back to our home

BEEF RICE BOWL

INGREDIENTS :

400 gr Beef short ribs (or sirloin, or tenderloin), thinly sliced (*see footnote 1)

2 tbsp Light soy sauce (*see footnote 2)

1 tbsp Japanese sake

1 tbsp Oyster sauce

1 tbsp Miso

1/2 Sugar

1/8 tbsp Black pepper powder

1 tbsp Peanut oil (or vegetable oil)

1/2 Onion, sliced

500 ml Chicken stock

1/2 pcs Brocolli or cauliower,(separated and cut to bite size)

2 pcs Small carrot, sliced Steamed rice
