Croissant day 1

Assalamualaikum warohmatullahi wabarokatuh

Culinary art !!!

Today at 07.00, i’m in the kitchen with my frinds, and we are ready to practicing, where today we look so happy. Alhamdulillah

And today we will make the rotation II.4 menu, me and my team getting dissert “Dorayaki”. We consist our activity, there is have to make abandon, there is have to make something to be filled in Dorayaki, and i have to make it from red nut which is have cook it with water sugar.



And suddenly today me and my breakfast’ team will make danish and croissant, me and my friend consist our activity, and i get part to make danish. I make abandon of danish first, after proofing, i make pastry’s cream for content of danish. After the abandon done in proofing and folded, Clarrisa add pastry’s cream to the danish abandon and rooling and cut to be few part. Then, danish abandon have ready to bake in 20 minutes

Alhamdulillah the danish and croissant have done in bake, but  croissant have been make by my friend is not perfect and have to be repeat, me and my team preparing all the materials of croissant, then make abandon, after the abandon done in proofing, then folded and put in chiller

Today, make make us feel so tired, and we are ready to general cleaning togerther, the croissant’s abandon that have been put in the chiller, will continue tomorrow. Me and my team croissant go back together. Bye
