Croissant day 2

Assalamualaikum warohmatullahi wabarokatuh

Culinary art !!!

good morning guys, today is very good, but i feel so tired, alhamdulillah i drink vitamin heheh, i walking to the campus. at 06:16 am, it is very early, but i have go to the kitchen first because me and my croissant team have to make croissant again heheheh

i walk to the kitchen, then i meet with clarissa and anjani, we take croissant abandon that we save in the chiller, the abandon croissant is very hard,finally rere come, and the abandon is very hard and getting broke. me and clarissa try to make new croissant abandon, and our friend also agree with that

clarissa and anjani  preparing all the ingredientsof croissant, after all prepared we make the abandon, and our senior also help us, after the abandon done in proofing, we are waiting the abandon, and we hope it will be perfect


now at 12.15pm adzan dzuhur, we are going to the mosque to pray together, there are few member of croissant team they cant go the mosque, so they stay in the kitchen

now the croissant abandon have been fold, then the croissant ready to proofing during 1 hour, while waiting fro proofing  we are cleaning all the tools and work area, ater that we bake the croissant in 20 minutes, the other friends have been general cleaning  in their kitchen section. the croissant have finish, but the result is still bad.

i feel so tired, we are team croissant will make croissant again in tomorrow morning that always fail. but don't give up guyssss
