before we make shrimp bisque, we have to prepare fish stock first. and these is ingredients to make fisg stock. then we have to prepare the main ingredients to make shrimp bisque
after we prepare the ingredients, we are going to make fish stockand mis en place is the main ingredients to make shrimp bisque, and then we are preparing materials ti make valute sauce
alhamdulillah our practicing today is done, start from preparing ingredients of shrimp bisque, made fish stock, made valute sauce. and then we are going to cleaning up all the tools that we have used, then we are going to general cleaning to make the kitchen is clean.
i think that's all for my activity today.
