Hallo good morning guys, we are come back in practicing this week. 2 weeks ago, me and my team make croissant together and always fail and never perfect like we want, so today me and my team will make croissant again.

This morning me and my team will make croissant again, and we are preparing for all the ingredients, before we made croissant, we have to pray first, hopefully today is running well. Aminn

After 1 hour, we are ready to roll dan put fatt then fold in three times and put in the freezer, after that we curve the abandon to be sickle moon, and checking in 2 hours

Now time to pray, we are going to the mosque to pray together. After that we are come back to the mosque, all the ingredients have done, and the croissant will be checking 1 hour left.

While waiting we are doing for general cleaning. Then our croissant finally in bake, we bake in 20minutes with 120C. After done, we show our croissant to our lecturer

Alhamdulillah the croissant we made almost good than before, alhamdulilllah we feel good enough for our made.
