Croissant day 4

Assalamualaikum warohmatullahi wabarokatuh

Culinary art !!!

Hy guys good morning for everyone who always read my blog. Today is very good, before i go to campus, i see for the whitw cloud and its very beautiful. I’m so thankful to God for the creation.

Before I say thank you to my friends who is read my blog, Also thanks to my lecturer and senior who have given some advices how to make croissant.

Now at 07.15 am, me and croissant’s team are very happy, we get a qoute from Mr. Faisal, he said “if you want to make something, you have to used your heart and feeling” and that’s why we think that, if we want to make croissant, we dont need to worry, we just need focus and use our heart


Along with time, we are croissant team have made abandon of croissant, then proofing during one hour, then we cleaning all the tools we used, afrer 1 hour, we ready to roll the croissant abandon and adding fat in it. Then we fold and put it in the freezer in 30 minutes


We have done folded in 3 times, now time to curve and proofing shit-pan during 2 hours. And now time to afternoon prayer and go to mosqur to pray together.

2 hour left, we bake croissant, while waiting for bake, we are doing general cleaning in working area. In Every minutes we are checking for our croissant. And alhamdulillah our croissant have done

Ee bring our croissant to Mr. Faisal. Alhamdulillah our croissant is good than yesterday. Finally we make croissant next week.

Alhamduillah all mu friends have done this week. This week is the most good experience. Where we make croissant in many times but doesn’t mean we give up. Thanks to our lecturer and our senior.
